Pumpkin Impossible Pie Gone is 2.2 Seconds

             Impossible Pumpkin

1 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)

1/2 cup bisquick mix

1/2 cup sugar

3/4 cup evaporated milk

1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (we make our own pumpkin spice) - see below

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 eggs

1 cup frozen (thawed) whipped topping (A MUST) 

Shaved chocolate

 

Mix together with love

Bake 25-30 minutes at 350

 

 

Pumpkin Spice - how I make it

 

1 tsp Nutmeg

1 tsp Allspice (we tend to use a little more then the tsp)

2 tsp Ginger

5 tsp Cinnamon
