Stage One for Land purchase and use

We are at the very first stage looking for a new home. My wants are to live off the land as much as possible. Garden, fruit trees, solar, very tiny home. Our budget has decreased by great deal and is forcing us to really do a lot of research. And planning for when we do move on how to cut down our every day living expenses by 80%… The link about is really got our ears and thinking cap on. However number crunching time is sucking the life out of us for the next three months.
